What Sunroom does
Your pain history, gathered once
Using Carequality and TEFCA, Sunroom asks each clinic and imaging center for your records and builds one history that grows as new ones come in. The papers you keep at home can join it too, from PDFs and discs to faxes and photos of old letters.
Scans and letters in plain words
Imaging reports, specialist letters and visit notes are put into everyday language, alongside a summary of your medical history. Every medicine you've tried is listed from your records with its dates, plus pharmacy fills wherever the records show them.
Ask about years of treatment
Ask which medicines you've tried for your migraines, and when, and Sunroom replies from your own records. Each reply gets a second check against what your records actually say.
Shared before the appointment
Give a new specialist or a family member access to your profile before the appointment, deciding who may only look and who may also help manage it. The first visit can then start where your story is now, instead of at the beginning.
What makes Sunroom different
Written down, not carried in your head
A binder or folder holds the papers you remembered to keep. Sunroom requests your records for you and flags gaps, such as a discharge summary that never arrived.
Every clinic and scan, in one history
The imaging center has its portal and the spine clinic has another, and each shows only its own part. Sunroom puts the MRI, the physical therapy notes and the pain clinic's plan into one history, in date order.
Your history without typing it out
ChatGPT, Claude or Grok on its own, with no records connected, knows your pain history only as far as you type it out. Sunroom answers from your own records, so you don't have to write out years of history again.
Cancel in any month
Sunroom's 7-day free trial starts with a card on file; stay for $9 a month after that, or cancel any time. Members are the only ones who pay Triangle; no drug maker, laboratory or hospital does.

The team behind Sunroom
Sunroom is a Triangle service, put together in Pasadena, California, by a company legally called Triangle Health, Inc. CEO Arun Verma started Triangle because his own brain tumor, diagnosed in 2023, had him researching his care by hand, and his co-founders bring consumer-product experience: Jonathan Grubb from OpenTable and Bird, Justin Balthrop as a co-founder of Bird. Sunroom brings what they built, a service anyone can use, to people who have carried a long pain history for years.

Frequently asked questions
What is Sunroom, and is it part of Triangle?
Sunroom keeps a long pain history in one place, read back in plain words. It's a Triangle product, so the account you open is with Triangle.
What does Sunroom cost, and is there a trial?
You'll put a card down to begin the 7-day free trial. When the week is up, Triangle bills $9 monthly until you cancel, and cancelling is allowed at any point.
Will Sunroom take the place of my pain doctor?
No. Reading your records with you counts as research and educational support, which is all Triangle offers through Sunroom; it won't diagnose your pain, treat it or prescribe. What to try next is a decision for you and the clinicians who treat you.
Can Claude, ChatGPT or Grok read my pain history?
Yes. In your assistant's connector settings, paste Sunroom's address, https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, then tell Triangle which parts of your history it may read. Each assistant's exact menus are laid out in Triangle's guides at trianglehealth.com/agents.
Is my pain history kept private?
Triangle is HIPAA compliant, and your scans, letters and other records stay encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing from Sunroom is sold, nothing is passed to advertisers, and your history opens only for people you've chosen.
Does Sunroom track my pain or symptoms?
No. There's no pain diary or symptom tracker. Sunroom works with your medical records: gathering them, reading them in plain language and letting you share them.
Can I share my history with a new doctor before the appointment?
Yes. Share your profile with them and choose whether they can see it or also help manage it. You can change who has access later.
Will it reach every clinic I've been to?
Not always. Some clinics, imaging centers and therapists sit outside the national networks Triangle uses, so Sunroom marks the gaps and helps you ask for those records directly. Scans of paper pages, faxes, discs and PDFs can be uploaded into the same history.
