Sunroom Free trial
For back pain, migraine and pain that has lasted years

You've told the story so many times. When it started, what you've tried, what the last scan showed.

Share your pain history instead of retelling it.

Sunroom requests your records from the clinics and imaging centers you've seen, reads them back in plain words and keeps them as one history, so you can hand a new doctor the whole story instead of rebuilding it from memory.

What it's like

Pain that lasts for years leaves a long paper trail.

An MRI from one imaging center. Physical therapy notes at another clinic. A neurologist's letter, a pain clinic's plan, and a list of medicines that didn't help or had side effects you'd rather not repeat.

Each new appointment starts with you trying to remember all of it, sometimes on a bad day.

What you'd hand a new doctor

Nine years, on one page

Every clinic, scan and medicine from your records, in order, with the hard parts read back in plain words. Share it before the appointment, and the first visit starts where your story is now.

Lower back pain, from your records

Illustrative example
  1. 2017 · Eastgate Family Medicine

First visit for lower back pain after lifting. Ibuprofen and stretching suggested.

  2. 2019 · Northfield Imaging

MRI of the lower spine: a disc bulge at L4-L5, no nerve compression. In plain words: one of the cushions between two lower vertebrae bulges slightly. It isn't pressing on a nerve.

  3. 2019 to 2020 · Riverside Physical Therapy

Twelve sessions. Notes describe less pain when walking.

  4. 2022 · Valley Spine Center

Epidural steroid injection. A follow-up note says the relief lasted about three months.

How it works

Gather it once, then share it when you choose

  1. Start your trial

Start the 7-day free trial and say who the profile is for: you, or someone you look after.

  2. Confirm it's you

Verify your identity and address, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician.

  3. Your records come in

Triangle requests your records through the national health-record networks. Add what you keep at home too: PDFs, photos of paper records, discs, faxes. Sunroom shows what may be missing and helps you request it.

  4. Read it, share it

Your records become one history in plain words. Look over your health topics and medicines, ask questions in a chat that knows your history, and share it with a new doctor when you choose.

What you get

What you've been carrying in your head, written down for you

  • Your history, summarized

A plain-language summary of your medical history, drawn from your own records.

  • The medicines you've tried

Listed from your records, with dates, including pharmacy fill data when the records contain it.

  • Scans and letters, explained

Imaging reports, specialist letters and visit notes, read back in everyday words.

  • A chat that knows your history

Ask Which medicines have I tried for my migraines, and when? and get an answer from your own records, checked a second time against the evidence.

  • Someone to share it with

Share your profile with family or a doctor, and choose who can see it and who can help manage it.

  • Gentle reminders

Set them in your own words, like Remind me on the first of every month to reorder my prescription.

What Sunroom doesn't do. It doesn't keep a pain diary or track symptoms day to day, and it doesn't treat pain. It works with your medical records, so you, and anyone you choose to share with, can see the whole history.

Your own assistant

Ask the assistant you already use, with your history in hand

If you already talk things through with Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, you can connect it to Sunroom. With your permission, it can read your records, your medicines and the summary of your history, and answer from them. You won’t have to type out nine years again.

The connector address
https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp

It’s also in Triangle, under Settings → AI service connections → Connect.

  1. Open your assistant’s settings, or Plugins in ChatGPT, and find the place for connectors.

  2. Add a new connector and paste the address.

  3. Sign in to Triangle when it asks.

  4. Choose what it may read or change and which profile to share, then Accept.

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector

Paste the address. Triangle’s sign-in appears the first time Claude uses a Triangle tool.

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu; Pro read-only

Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server

Enter a name and the address, choose OAuth, tick “I understand and want to continue”, then Create as a plugin and sign in to Triangle. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, a workspace admin adds it. Other plans can’t add custom connectors.

Grok Paid plan

Skills and Connectors → New Connector → Custom

Enter a name and the address, then sign in to Triangle and accept. Other assistants that support MCP work the same way.

You might ask it
  • “Which medicines have I tried for my back, and what do my records say about each one?”
  • “What did my 2019 MRI report say, in plain words?”
  • “Help me write a short history to bring to my new pain specialist.”

Something to know first. Once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control, so connect only one you trust. It works only with what’s in Sunroom and can’t change anything at a clinic. You can disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops right away.

Questions

Questions people ask

What does it cost, and how do I cancel?
Sunroom starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. Membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics and keeping them updated as new ones arrive, chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have.
What will setup ask of me?
What Triangle needs before it can request records in your name: your details and an identity check, confirming your address, choosing who can see your profile and signing the consent forms. You also book an intake visit with a clinician. Then you can upload anything you keep at home.
Will it reach every clinic I've been to?
Not always. Triangle requests records through Carequality and TEFCA, the national health-record networks, and not every clinic, imaging center or therapist can be reached that way. Sunroom shows what may be missing and helps you request it, and you can upload PDFs, photos of paper records, discs and faxes into the same history.
Does Sunroom track my pain or symptoms?
No. There's no pain diary or symptom tracker. Sunroom works with your medical records: gathering them, reading them in plain language, and letting you share them.
Will it tell me what treatment to try?
No. Sunroom doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it doesn't replace your doctor. It helps you understand what's in your records and prepare questions for the people treating you.
Who can see my history?
Only the people you choose. Share your profile with family or a doctor, and decide who can see it and who can help manage it. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. Sunroom is made by Triangle, and your account is with Triangle under its privacy policy and terms.

Gather your pain history once, and keep it close.

Bring it to your next appointment, or share it before you go.
